The dress code at Tata Group is business professional.
However, this also depends on the job you have with them and whether it is in an office, laboratory, factory, or remote. Business professional seems to be the standard for office jobs at Tata Group.
Dress codes are used to communicate to employees what the organization considers appropriate work attire. A dress code or appearance policy allows an employer to set expectations regarding the image it wants the company to convey. Dress codes can be formal or informal and might include the use of uniforms.

One Time Delivery & Dress's Charge = Rs. 1260/- Only

If you join Tata Motors company then you will have to pay 1000 dress charge and your shirt, pant and shoes provide and delivery charge of 260 amount.
